I think its mostly seen in elderly and dementia people @Faith-and-Hope its like they are almost normal in the day time but by late evening they change. Ive been reading abit on it but havent really heard of it from others

No, I have no experience with that @outlander, sorry.  It sounds challenging though.

I think sundowning is associated with Alzheimer's @outlanderPoor sleep hygiene however is prevalent with MI.

Hello my sister @outlander 

Yes my mum is showing  signs of sundowning and dementia 

She seems to be ok in the mornings  but starts getting confused  and that from lunchtime and worse at night

It is challenging @Faith-and-Hope , @outlander and can show many emotions  through  it 

It can be upsetting with what they will say and do
