Ahhh... oops! Smiley LOL

I'll count his 25 years as adult, yeah...

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

It can be difficult mindset to change if you have managed without a car @Smc... my mother learned drive at 50 and that was interesting.  She had 22 years of very active driving, but we were worried for her at the time.

My son is an example of taking his time and working out when he is ready.  For his reasons, and I understand his cautious style, he has resisted what most other young men were chaffing at the bit for ...

My father never drove a car that I know, or owned one. He was a ship/water person.

You do what you feel is right for you.  Safety is important.

I got a motorbike licence at 18 and car at 26.

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

@Appleblossom, if we had a suitable bike available, I'd love to get a motorbike license. Hubby's bike was our main form of transport B.C. (Before Children) and we miss it.

I'm coming up to 50 myself. It's been a series of circumstances, including major surgery that interrupted my learner driving for a year, and lately, carer stress. I just don't feel up to fitting in another demand at the moment. Gotta keep myself together. One day it'll happen.

Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

There is no rush @Smc it is the sort of thing that one needs to be truly ready for.

In the mean time, you have probably had lower than average carbon emissions to worry about. Smiley Happy
