Re: Battles

That doesn't sound too good @Dreamy is that usual for you to feel dizzy when you have a nosebleed?

Re: Battles

@Ru-bee no. I fell asleep but I've just woken up having a panic attack.

Re: Battles

Oh that's a horrible way to wake up @Dreamy What are some things that help you feel calmer after a panic attack?

Re: Battles

@Ru-bee the ones that I wake up with nothing seems to help. I've gotten up and made myself an iced coffee but I'm not feeling the best at the moment. At least I know why this panic attack is happening, it was triggered by a nightmare that I just woke up from. Now that's playing out in my head over and over.

Re: Battles

Oh those nightmares that stick with you are horrible @Dreamy I woke up from on in the middle of the night last night and couldn't get it out of my head...funny now I can't remember what it was about but I know it took me ages to calm down and get back to sleep

Re: Battles

@Ru-bee yes they are horrible. That's what happens to me aswell, I'll wake up and have it playing out in my head and it takes me forever to fall back to sleep but when I fall back to sleep I'll forget about it by morning but still remember that I had a nightmare but just can't recall what happened. Trying so hard to calm myself down but it's just not happening and now I'm having abuse screamed at me.

Re: Battles

Hi @Dreamy

I'm up for a little while.  I just decided I should finally unpack the suitcase. 😁

I think I'm still on WA time though, I got up just after 7.30 this morning!  Unheard of!!

Re: Battles

@MJG017 you've only been back for a short time, isn't it normal to leave the suitcase for a good week or so 😂.

Yes that's very unheard of for you, body clock still needs to readjust itself.

Been up to much today?

Re: Battles

@Dreamy

I would have left the unpacking for later, but I was running out of clean undies... So it couldn't wait any longer.  I think I must have just packed them all!  🤣

I did bugger all today.  Caught up on some support group stuff from while I was away and sat at the computer playing a game for an hour or four.

I know it's hard to get hopes up, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that something good comes from that person you saw. 🤞🤞
