Re: Battles

@Dreamy

It was supposed to be another easy, quiet day.  All i had was to got to the nurse of the GP clinic to get my next B12 injection.  But my GP saw me at reception and said he wanted a word.  He asked if i'd thought about going interstate as he feels like the health system in Adelaide is just too conservative in my case and not trying enough outside of the standard things.  So he is going to see what he can do.  It's one thing o have your own doubts... i think anyone would when it seems to be a lack of options given, but it's different to hear the same fears from a GP as well.  So i'm not really sure what is going to happen.

I hope you're doing okay and things haven't been too bad for you the past few days.

Re: Battles

@MJG017 that's very interesting that your GP has picked up on the same sort of doubts and fears that you have about treatment options. Surely there's something he can do within the system of being able to communicate with them and potentially working out if there's other options. Maybe it's possible to chat to someone interstate to see if there is some different options when it comes to treatment. Sounds like your Gp is onto it which is great.

I'm still plodding along, been a bit of a rough patch but I'm doing my best. Did manage to fall asleep but I've woken up having a panic attack so trying to settle that down now.

Re: Battles

Is there any @moderator around please?

I'm 2 hours into a panic attack and it's just not easing. I can't get through to a crisis service and I'm really struggling to manage this myself.

Re: Battles

Ooh it's so satisfying when things start coming together @Dreamy

I haven't done a puzzle in a while, but I did one last year and got to the end it was missing 2 pieces! So I sent away for the missing pieces, waited for them to arrive by mail and finished the puzzle... then a few months later I found the missing pieces under the couch oops

Re: Battles

@Ru-bee yes it is. There's 2 puzzles happening on my table at the moment but one I've temporarily put on hold cos it was getting a bit much.

Oh not the missing pieces, at least you were able to get replacements even if you did eventually find them 😂

I have a couple of puzzles that are missing pieces thanks to a certain puppy that I had when I did them. I'm hoping to find the same puzzles one day and replace the missing pieces.

How are you going?
