Taking air in and and letting it back out seems to work @Former-Member lol
Really just concentrating on reducing my heart rate and slowing down my breathing when my anxiety increases. Sometimes that is hard to do when my mind is in overdrive.
What have you been up to?

I feel like I'm in an alternate world most days - and I don't have to read - just live it @Former-Member lol
Humour often masks the way I feel - been doing that most of my life - to cover up my real emotions and to deflect! It seems to work well for me lol

Yes it is - and has been. Also good to use when dealing with conflict in attempting to diffuse the situation - works well with kids - they don't know whether to laugh or shout @Former-Member - they usually laugh!

This is my new normal when I am too afraid to sleep @Eden1919 I sometimes have a couple of hours sleep on the couch when the sun is up - otherwise I'm awake all day and exhausted - doesn't help to cope!
