Morning @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @outlander @BlueBay and all
I really hope you had restful sleep overnight. It's so important. I had a good long weekend sleep wise, though I still wake up tired.

Morning @frog ... 👋☕️💕
Good to hear you are achieving more sleep. It takes a while to feel better when you’re dealing with a sleep debt.
GN1= Goal No.1 = surviving
(Thanks for asking for an explanation. For those here who struggle with si, sometimes the acronym is all they can manage to type, but it makes a big difference to affirm that that is the only thing they need to focus on overnight)

Morning @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Maggie @frog and all who pass through here this morning
Had another bad night - really tired this morning but I am going to try to stay awake all day and see if that helps tonight. It will be a tricky night anyway with DBT, pdoc and physio all tomorrow - expect tomorrow night will be hard as well. I just need to get through the next couple of days - reset and take it from there.
I hope everone has a little light in their day...
@Snowie waiting with you Hon - hope the stuckness is unstuck today for you

Hi @Zoe7
I'm sorry to read you didn't sleep well last night. It must be difficult when you're in pain. The next couple of days sound busy so try to make sure you can rest up when you can.
Thinking of you my friend ❤️

Thanks BB - I have my physio appointment straight after I see my pdoc so it is going to be a stressful afternoon. I have to expect to be in more pain intially but if it helps longer term then that is something I need to persevere with @BlueBay. I am concerned about the appointment but it is will a female physiotherapist so that is a little less stressful form me.

Do you have any planned activities for today ?
The way I work with bowls to prepare food, I use trays too, to do beading, mending, sketching, mini- puzzles etc, or just reading a book or magazine (haven’t managed well with books for a while now .... brain doesn’t seem to want to focus ....

@BlueBay I still have a lot to clean up from the flooding a few weeks ago - hope the rain doesn't damage anything for you
@Faith-and-Hope I really need to clean my house a little - especially vacuum I will have my pain meds later when I am a little more awake and see if I can do it when they kick in. Trying right now to both fight through the pain and stay awake. If I can get through the next couple of hours without sleeping then I should be able to make it through the rest of the day.
Do you have any plans for today?
