Hi @Dec, ccouldn't decide which bunch of flowers were best so sending you all four 😀 So totally understand the need to sink inside yourself when facing hospitals and surgery. Its a coping thing and quite healthy I think. You need to conserve energy. Well all be thinking of you and help walk you through the rehab afterward. Stay strong 💜💜💜

Re: Life can be a Pain

@Owlunar. I imagine you have conflicting thoughts going through your head. That's to be expected. But picture yourself a month from now & how great you knee will feel. No more pain.
You have my love and best thoughts for tomorrow. Will be thinking of you. ♡♡♡

Hi @utopia@outlander@Former-Member

It is great to have all this support - really helpful

I have my mind all over the place today - and it feels hot outside -

But among my cluttered thinking is how great it will be to have the pain in my knee gone - I am really focussed on that

Lapses - I am sure the flowers will be lovely -  I can't see them yet but I am looking forward to seeing them

Thanks eve so much for your messages and your support

Re: Life can be a Pain

Hi @Former-Member

My back, neck, arms, shoulders, & fingers are even more sore this afternoon. I'm pretty much aching all over.

I just lost one of the baby Budgies this afternoon, after I caught it to bring it inside. It flew away, & I won't see it again.

Not a fun afternoon...

Oh no @Adge 😞 poor baby budgie, you need a carry cage. And your aching bones - wonder what it is? Hope it leaves you soon. My Rt arm / shoulder / elbow / wrist is giving me curry - made apt with physio tomorrow. Aching heart not helping either. We all got something hard to deal with. Had a smile today watching the 2baby finches playing with each other, very cute. The birds are good company 🙂
