are you seeing your psychologist regularly? and your gp?

maybe a suggestion would be to talk about how your aniety is affecting you and how to implement some coping strategies and what will work for you..
im glad you had your bf there for you last night, its always good having some one physically there for you

Hi @Evie1, given that you're seeing your Psychologist tomorrow why don't you write down your thoughts and feelings tonight? You can then share them in the session tomorrow so that he or she gets a real sense of how you tend to feel in the evenings. You can then work on some strategies together that will be helpful and meaningful for you.
