Good Morning @outlander
Your list of goals sounds like a good way to help manage your day.
Any particular ideas on what your self care activity will be?
Take care 🙂

Another anniversary @outlander - I understand - they are hard days
I can promise you that things will change - and you do a lot more than just mope and hope - you are do proactive on you own behalf I know things will get better and all of this will look worth it as unpleasant as it is right now
Back in the 80s my psychiatrist told me things would change - I had worked so hard to make things better and it wasn't working - I felt really despondent and the dark days ahead were actually the end of the way things were because the changes started and change can be really hard to but in what was a really tough struggle with lots more changes following the sun came out and life was different
And I could not tell you how that happened but it did - and I believe someone who battles as hard as you do will find the sun coming out like that too - which doesn't mean things won't be ups-n-downsie at times - but it will be better. Just going through the process of trying to change or making small changes does help
Thinking of you lots Oulander
