@PeppiPatty, Hi 😊 thanks. My guy has got supports available to him: psychology, psychiatrist - but it’s up to him to access them. He has a slightly more complicated situation that he’a getting help with now, but again, it’s up to him to decide how much he wants to help himself. I have to be careful I don’t enable but will be there to support him if that’s the path he chooses. It’s up to him now.
Morning @Faith-and-Hope, @Shaz51, @Former-Member, @Adge, @Determined ☕️☕️

@frog. Even though your motivation is lacking, it's good to see you still working on plans for today.
What type of books do you get from the library?

Hi @frog That sounds like a good full day.
My main goals are exercises, music, computer, dinner when son comes home and maybe a short shop. Then early to bed as early to rise.
Hi @Former-Member Sorry to hear that you feel worse for wear. I struggle more with pain in the winter. I loved your drawings on the art thread.
I think I better label computer as an activity, then maybe I can also limit it better, give it a tick and move on.

Hi @utopia How's your day going?
I love books and my library picks are varied.
I'm reading a dystopian novel: Wool.
I recently borrowed a self-help book: The Five Second Rule, which had a good premise but could be summed up in page so a bit waffly.
Recently I bought a book that I couldn't get from the library: The ball is round which is a history of football (soccer)
I also like cookbooks. Atm into plant based recipes.

@frog. My aim today is to sleep and not listen to my negative self talk. That's all I can manage today.

That's been my main aim yesterday & today too @utopia Thinking of you.
I have lots more negative self-talk when I'm ill.
Feeling weaker today - I've called the Locum Dr, who will hopefully come in a few hours.
