Hi @Shaz51, i am ok, my mum is really sick from the flu, it is affecting her diabeties and bp, i am looking after her as best i can. gosh it is so nice to chat to friends. 

how are you and hubby going, i read your health is not so great, hugs. kidneys are such a worry. i hope you get some relief soon.

went to the kidney specialist last week and he said it is still stable at 24% which is good news with some things i have to watch
