Oh, sorry to hear that @outlander, depression keeps us looking at the darker side, try find the silver linings. What is the best thread to talk with you about this stuff?
I remember when I went through hell and everyone backed away - one of my adult kidz said "everyone's just tired mum" - which I guess means it went on too long and they suffered compassion fatigue, or something. Sorry if that's you, i have been a little withdrawn on the forums myself, worry i'll say rhe wrong thing or get pulled in when vulnerable... dorry about that. Do you see a psychologist? What "real world" help do you have? RlFace to face is usually better of you can. 💜💕

ive got very minimal psych visits left before i send myself broke tryng to do it, and my 'friends' are now the bullies and my family is unsupportive so nope i havent got anyone
and my mother is a cow and hasnt supported me since i meantioned MI
