The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

There you are, my heart's done a little flip flop @outlander

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

how are you going tonight sis? @Sans911

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I'm alright thanks lil Sis @outlander

I've had a fairly quite day. Been pottering around the house trying to still tidy and sort. It's an never ending job. I never used to let stuff pile up like I do. And it bothers me a lot. But I also don't have the energy. And that's frustrating.

Did you get to a medical centre at all?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

@Sans911 it can be heaps frustrating. my house is very much the same. i like things neat and it is by far neat but like you i dont have much energy to spare either.
how was your walk this morning? did you get your sample from mr A?

yes i did, they have done tests and i see him again in 3 days time unless reception calls me earlier. he thinks both kidneys are infected plus my tooth is infected again.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

But you're fighting with being quite physically unwell @outlander

Physically I'm OK. I knew MI could cause tiredness, but half the time I just feel like I'm lazy, and I should push on. I see my GP tomorrow. She might want to check my iron levels again, or I just accept this and work with it.

My walk this morning was ok. No sample from Mr A yet. It was too cold to take him outside today.

I'm glad you went to the clinic. You poor thing. You're being smashed by so many buses right now.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

yes but even when im well i still lack energy @Sans911

have you tried magnesium? its suppose to be good for energy levels and muscle regeeneraton too. i find the swisse orange flavoured powder best as long as its in orange juice! might be worth having a look into?

im glad your morning walk was ok, were you going to join in with the walking group you were with before?

ill be ok, just have to work through each thing as it pops up.

any plans for tomorrow besides your gp?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Stupid tears

I don't have magnesium but I do have berroca. Might take it tommorow. This damn MI makes me feel so incompetent. Where and when does it ever end?

My morning walk was with the walking group who walks in the mall.

I've given up cleaning. In bed now with the cats

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing
