The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I love that I can see your car, it makes me feel like I'm right there with you. 💖💗💖💗@outlander

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

i thought you might like those, i was trying to get some more but alot of things were identifying. i really wanted you to have that feeling of being with me. ill try to get some more this arvo or tomorrow and be abit more mindful of my surroundings. i was imagining yesterday that you were with me and showed you the things i wouldve liked to show you (what i can on here anyway) @Sans911
im still going to take a trip south but will need to wait till the kids are back at school so i can make some stops etc and make it a longer day trip.

how are you going? do you want to talk about yesterday at all?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

you ok my sis? @Sans911

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I half expected what happened yesterday @outlander

so I just need to put it behind me and keep going, otherwise it just upsets me everytime.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

My mh nurse/case manager just came to see me at home. He had a student with him. They stayed and had a cuppa.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

thats ok, no need to go back into it @Sans911 Heart
would you like to join myself and Zoe for a chat, we are talking about movies/tv shows and studies atm too, your most welcome to join us, would love a normal convo with you its been so long- might be a good distraction for you too...

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

did that go ok? @Sans911 helpful/supportive?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I like my case manager @outlander

He's a little bit like a Teddy bear. A bit round around the middle, but he's a gentle person whose softly spoken. We get along well, but then again, he doesn't always do what I like or expect, however, there's probably a perfectly good reason for that.

I'm just going to hang out some washing while the sun is shining and there's a breeze and I'll come back soon

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

thats really good to hear @Sans911
lol loveley description!
yes please do come back..

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Hey ho I'm back. That hour turned into looking for some keys for my bike (didn't find), brush the cats, hang out the washing and make some lunch. I have about an hour before I'm out again (haven't completely made up my mind to go out yet). @outlander
