Just saw your other post @PeppyPatti - sorry to hear about your son, hopefully the therapy can help you both in the end 

Re-starting hobbies is a tricky one... I think sometimes you need to just start and push through a little bit, and the fun will come later when you're back into the flow of things

@PeppyPatti @Glisten @Jynx @tyme I can't relate to past trauma like a lot of my Sane fam. I didn't have a bad childhood, in fact it was great. We were extremely poor and I lived in hand me downs but there was never a moment that I felt unloved or unhappy. In fact up until I was in my 30's when I was diagnosed with depression I had a pretty well adjusted life. Later I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and I looked back on my 20's and 30's pre diagnosis and knew that I was severely depressed around that time of the month and would often have SI but it wasn't until I was bullied a few years back by work managers that my mental health spiralled. I can't relate to how it feels to have been treated badly to the point it causes mental health problems, when I was bullied at school it was stopped pretty quickly because my mum intervened. 
I tell y'all this because if I don't respond to a post you tag me in it's not because I don't care, it's because I can't relate and don't know what to say.

Good point @ENKELI  when it comes to being Tagged in posts. If I don’t respond it’s because I’m attending to my own needs, my family, or I simply don’t have a response.

Like right now taking this opportunity to respond while sitting in my car, waiting for the Bully Community Garden members to rock up for 7pm AGM.

I was half an hour early. Because I don’t have time to read emails
