Here is a wonderful little version of the story.....Maybe this will have some ideas for you ? You certainly needed to grow up very quickly........it didnt seem that you have had any time to grieve your Grandma or spend time being a woman while you care for all.....

@outlander.Im really proud of you in that you are recognising your self at such a young age of 21.......even though you feel really old...... you deserve to be feeling young.
Have you thought of seeing a proffessional grieving councellor? You can see your GP about it ? It will begin your own journey of re finding your "Golden Ball," your JOY.

It is that @outlander that you have had too much responibility given to you ....I feel that you identified with your Grandma ...for instance the symbol of a ring wrapped around your finger.
I wonder that you need grieving councelling and remembering what you are like without this huge responsibility ??
