Re: Everything music

@PeppyPatti ... sorry to hear you aren't doing the best Patti.  A couple years ago I had kidney stones, and they were that big I couldn't pass them the normal way, so they had to be surgically removed.

I kind of understand your pain, my operation was set aside for the middle of the year but as it turned out I ended up having them done in February because one decided to get stuck, so it became an emergency procedure.  What made it worse was I had to undertake a 90-minute drive because the hospital that was closest didn't have the facilities in the operating theatre to perform the procedure.

I had the operation done in a private hospital and I spent 3 days there.   Two weeks later I was back to have the implants to assist any additional fragments to pass removed.  That was another unpleasant operation however this time I was conscious for it!

Re: Everything music

I am feeling pretty good at the moment, but didn't get all my tasks done today.  A couple took a little longer than expectd!

Re: Everything music

Thats awful - kidney stones.

When I got the ambulance first the ambulance people told me there was nothing wrong and why was I making a drama over nothing so I endured second daily pain for about 4 months before I went back to another hospital.

Then I was discharged and started hemorrhaging - my carer came over and I'm sweating and screaming to ...........

There was nothing wrong with me ---

Iv had to be very very nice to her since.

There were some people like @Glisten jumping up and down saying go private ----the docs said they'll pull the gall bladder out by the new year ...,.I'm still waiting....

@avant-garde was too o think. Perhaps @ENKELI

Re: Everything music

@PeppyPatti  gallstones are so uncomfortable, my ex had his taken out and he has never looked back. hun keep us posted on how you are going. xxx

Re: Everything music

@PeppyPatti

Huh? What was I waiting on? Slight confusion. If it's government hospital referrals there are a few

  1. Ear nose and throat - finally have an appointment middle February
  2. Respiratory - one for test
  3. Respiratory - one for specialist (don't ask me why I needed two) - early March for both
  4. General surgery - still waiting
  5. Neurology - still waiting

Joe Camilleri performs his hit from his period with Jo Jo Zep and the Falcons, 'Shape I'm In' at the 2006 'Countdown Spectacular' concert in Melbourne. He is accompanied on saxophone by Wilbur Wilde, also a member of '...The Falcons' plus Ol'55 and a long time member of the cast of 'Hey Hey It's ...

Re: Everything music

@Glisten

Thank you for the tag but I only really do Christian music or kid friendly music and even some of that is triggering for me.

I only engaged because I was confused as to why I was tagged and what it was referring to. now it's kind of all messing with my head because it compartmentalized other threads for that kind of conversation and not this one because it's suddenly music again and I don't discuss music unless it's Christian.

Ok going around the mulberry bush again

Welcome to my neurodivergent brain

Re: Everything music

You have all that wait for @Glisten ?

Re: Everything music

Sorry @avant-garde

I thought you were someone else. Yes, that's a nightmare of waiting.

I'm Nero diverse as well.

Although I had to look it up again...

sorry @Glisten I thought it was you.

Re: Everything music

If I had a spare couple hundred for all the appointments I could have done private...
