I've been dealing with sciatica this weekend and trying to get around without pain meds.

I like the green linen outfit but you have to wear the pillow with it 😄

My back tooth in huge pain. Damn tooth.

Last week, me and Mr Rocker went to visit our friend who two years ago had a shocking accident. He is not able to walk very far he needs 24 hour care,

We online are fortunate - we help each other get through the day 😌  am I correct ?

But ide never ever stop taking any medication so I can have the best life for me. 

If you need medication ide urge you to take it. I think there was James Packer on tv last night talking about his mi - I thought he was brave - golly ---- 

Maybe in The future, us vulnerable people will be heard about our medication.
