@Gibbs definately will be online during Alive so should be good. 😄 x do you do weights and gym or mainly cardio?. i used to go to gym when i was manic and got so thin lol. now is a trigger for me unfortunately.

Hi @Gibbs , how's your day been? Mine's been fairly good, I did some euphonium practice, and then my trumpet was a little bit cold and the valves were stiff and slow to spring back up, but we can't always have dream practices. It just needs a good clean, which I'll do tonight...and I've just finished lunch and am resting.

@greenpea I do anything session called Strong and Stable. It includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and flexibility. Really a bit of everything. Try for three days a week but usually end up doing one or two. It also gets me moving and out of the house. Motivation is not my strong suit.
