Hi dear beautiful @Shaz51,
There was lots of rain here too, Flash flooding in parts.
I'm glad you rested and recuperated. Did you buy cough syrup or losenges?
Your Homemade sausage rolls sound yummy. I went to the pie shop and bought a beef and curry pie and slice of carrot cake with white icing. Tomorrow, I'm going to have a full breakfast at the cafeteria. Hash brown, fried tomato, 2 eggs, butter and toast and 3 rashes of bacon lol. It's my once a fortnight treat. Cannot afford to have it all the time though lol.
I'm watching 'Home & Away' tonight soon.
Hey dear lovely @Former-Member,
Hope you have a good evening. Are u watching anything interesting? The Michael Hutchence Doc was great. ' The last rockstar'...

Hi @BambiFawn, today here was about 30 degress so a nice day outside. All that food does seem yummy!
No not watching tv at all, too many triggers at the moment. I have some lovely classical music playing in the background trying to calm and relax me.

Hey dear @Former-Member,
Yes music is good therapy and very relaxing.
My beloved father was a Music Teacher at Swinburne University for 13 years. He once played on stage as a back-up guitarist for John Farnham in the 70's. Dad played gigs in hotels with his band in and around Melbourne.
Yes it was hot here today and raining.
I hope you can rest up and relax dear lovely Nell. Classical music is beautiful. I love the relaxation cd's, sounds of rainforest, birds, waves.
My cleaner came today dear Shaz. It was wonderful and clean. It will take the pressure off me I feel with everything and I can get more valuable rest. Sometimes I get insomnia with meds.
Bless you.
Your friend,
BambiFawn.
