Far out I wish I knew how to service my bike! I can't really ride it at the moment and it's so annoying. I looked at getting it serviced but big time ouch with the $$$ it would cost!

I really wish I could say here @Ant7 because I think you might be able to point me in the right direction but I can't It has lots of cables and spiky cog bits and brakes though and it's really shiny (even if it is covered in mud). I'm putting it on my must-do list before the end of the year.

@CheerBear I am pulling apart the bottom bracket of my mountain bike it has a grinding noise. I am going to check out you tube for the how to might be an option for you. I don’t touch my motorcycle cause if I stuff that up I am in big trouble lol

Morning you early birds its 6am here the sun well? is trying to shine between the clouds. I'm going to be cutting pictures out today. My support worker tells me I should make a 'healing' box...no idea what it will do but I'm going to cut pictures it out to put on the box lol

@Neelix Good morning. Healing or coping boxes are great. Pretty much you put one or two things in there from each of your five senses. For example with taste it might be a nice calming tea, or a special chocolate. For touch, I have bubble wrap to pop! Sight could be a favourite photograph. I hope this helps

Oh? thanks @Sans911 I will do that. 5 senses? what are they? hear, see, feel? can't think of 3 others. Oh? yep I will do that. The support worker said to me to walk and if you see something that you can see that you connect with and put it in the box. No lid on the box. But I will put oh? the tea is a good idea
