i sleep during day that both helps and doesnt help @Glisten  also having 3-4 coffees as opposed to 1 to get me through the day. when I was working on minesites say in winter , would have already had 5 cigs and 5 coffees before started work lol..

my sense of 'umour seems to be working today, although that is subjective..

guess its situational re food. prob easier to say what I dont like lol

bit like German rels asking me same 25 years ago, well in German.. like oh are you more into sweets or savoury , so i smiled and said both and got funny looks, ha ha

a really good pizza is hard to beat (all about  base and sauce..)

a roast

lamb shank  and veg soup in winter

desserts not had in decades like golden syrup dumplings w home made custard.

a really good fruit cake

love seafood, steak, chops, pork okay see where this is going .... funny thing was until 6 years ago I was a bit overweight, as said b4 am huge now lol, so a bit funny talking about eating for pleasure or getting pleasure fm eating.. @PeppyPatti ..

I must agree -- my ex husband's new Psychiatrist is awful and stifles a very different atmosphere on an aging schizophrenic. They treat him like he is 20 years old.  And he treats him like he's over emotional - like a 20 year old. ...

So is there someone you can access like a support worker and talk about 

Age related help ? 

Creativity - things you can do in your budget ? 

Like iv bought and gathered jewellery bits and pieces for 6 years - pliers etc to make earrings ........then I'll look at you tube classes ....... 

Paper craft ? 

But I can't go to hospital appointments  because I'm getting better from having a stupid little operation which is a little like this. I'm bringing in Support from a sane lady here  .........

PeppiPatty - oh sure I will but because I'm such a silly billy I'll just run up and down stairs whilst I'm doing that and get this stuff done

Tonight I m feeling the operation and maybe I just need to only lie down.

Mr Rocker get up off your ass and do the domestic duties for your wife.

Don’t make me come over there.

@PeppyPatti You can go for a walk once a day.

Cleaning requires more core muscle assistance than you think.

I wasn’t allowed out of hospital for four days.

Then recovery at home for a week. Had to get stitches removed by a GP after day three at home.

@PeppyPatti I’ve been starting to get back to working on my portfolio this morning. Very proud of myself ❤️ had to do it for a bit though since I need to get outside to attend an art therapy appointment that I’m gonna be having within more than half an hour today.

Ooooh that’s great - have you ever tried any Indian food yourself? The only one I’ve tried was samosas but that was like a decade ago.

my fav food right now would have to be sushi, and a few different types of Korean food and dishes such as bibimbap, their fried chicken, kimbap (Korean sushi), kimchi, kimchi fried rice, etc…

I know what your saying @EternalFlower we all know stories of say husband's families let couple live in home and they are promised the home once paid off rent with price of house. He died and she's kicked out with child to live in a broken down van. 

It's so distressing it's too hard to even think about. 

We just gotta take care of ourselves.

I almost died walking around target with my carer and then shopping. 

Wtf.....? I'll be in bed for another week

But I have a vegetarian chick pea meal for tonight and I had to do nuting.

But groan and complain.
