Sorry to hear that dear @Shaz51. I have said a prayer for you.
Yes after having children we get broken sleep from needing to go to bathroom thru the night too.
Ya I was hallucinating a little after some stress recently and lacking sleep, but I have been oversleeping and caught up on my sleep now. I'm feeling well again. I'm trying to eat well and be prudent with my diet. I seem to sleep well normally and eat well. But my Christian friend told me to switch to eating more salads. So he is going to come over and show me how to make a great salad. I already know how to make salad of course, but this is a special salad lol.
I've heard eating garlic is good for your kidneys dear lovely @Shaz51.
I'm making a tuna sandwich tonight and having a banana, blueberry and mango smoothie. I've not had fruit in a week, but I've been getting a lot of vegies in my diet. Fruit is important. I must try harder to incorporate it. We are meant to eat 3 fruits and 5 vegies everyday according to cancer council but not many get that, only the rich haha.

Dear @Shaz51,
I've heard apple cider vinegar in glass of water and garlic is good for the kidneys. Hope you get better dear lovely Shaz.

@Shaz51, forgive me but I don't know what stage 4 kidney disease is dear beautiful Shaz. I hope you are okay. Kidney disease happens to babies, toddlers, children, adults. The young and old alike. It does not discriminate. Illness happens to us all. It is no respector of persons. I really hope you are okay dear lovely Shaz. It sounds like you have a good husband and good supports around you.
I'm just hoping I make it 'til age 50 at least, but who knows I could die crossing the road, or get cancer or have another heart attack, like I've had before after childbirth.
Sometimes I get pains in my chest. They say it's indigestion but who knows, it could be angina, as I'm on blood pressure tablets atm. But they have a protective effect on the kidneys.
I've been afraid of dying before but because I am a Christian I believe Jesus will take me to heaven and throw a big party when I'm there. As it says in scripture in the Bible ' When the Believer in Fathr God and Beloved Jesus came to me after death, God throws the biggest party heaven had ever seen'. lluke 15 :7
