I had a good day today. How was your day @StuF ?
I went to see a lady who's been very ill and had a nice cup of tea with her.
My gummy eating is getting a lot better I'm realising how much I need to take not to feel incredibly anxious all day.
And then I feel very guilty that I am staying calm. Typical.
