Oh hmmm audiobooks @Jynx i havent really tried. But think I’d have to be heaps interested in it otherwise my mind would wander! I can’t even get through a 1/2hr sermon!
I did read a book called ‘the girl who fell from the sky’ last year. I loved it! Read it during a hospital admission.
oh and no market this weekend. D is at her father’s Saturday… and I think 1/2 of Sunday. So lots of time to myself. Maybe I’ll mow the lawn? Or not lol 😂
mums back Thursday and then Friday is our twilight Christmas market!

I find it easier to focus on them when my hands are occupied (but not by something complex) @Bow - like doing the dishes or hanging out washing. Helps me concentrate!!
Oh sounds ethereal, what was the book about?
I think it's gonna be super hot this weekend, or at least it is down here! Soooo maybe not mowing the lawn lol no one wants our poor Bow getting heatstroke!!
You could always take yourself out on a date! Treat yourself! Go to the beach and sunbathe (with SPF50+!!) and then grab an ice cream! Go out and see a movie that you wanna see but no one in your fam would wanna go to! Head to a cafe, take whichever book you wanna read, and have a couple of cuppas and a delicious cake while you absorb some knowledge!!
OMG yay!! I'm so excited for you!!

Hmm maybe I could try it @Jynx will have to have a look.
the book is about a young girl from the Gold Coast called Emma, she went to Switzerland and went sky diving. The shoot did not open and stuff happened and she hit the ground with the instructor on top of her. Became a paraplegic. She has been able to relearn how to walk even though she can’t feel her legs. So is her story. I’ve followed her on Instagram for years and she is a pretty amazing person! All the things she has been able to do despite her injuries. She’s young, a blonde, she’s funny but so insightful.
I usually drop D off and then go wander at the shops for a while. I have a hot chocolate from a cafe that makes their hot chocolate with melted choc, so it’s delicious! I’ll probably do that and then come home and fluff about, do some craft, paint my nails. Who knows!
