I didn't sleep well.

I made a really bad decision last night. It's not helping me today.

So my SW just called me. He said he was sick yesterday. Sounded fine on the phone today. So sick he couldn't at least send me a message? Stupid me says "that's ok, no problem"

H angry with me after what I did, me angry with myself for not standing up for myself. Just turning into a day like yesterday.

A good organisation would have called you @Snowie  to let you know that he wasn’t in today. I get a call from another SW if mine is away.  It’s not good enough for you

I know I shouldn't but it makes me think there is something wrong with me @Bow.

That I'm not worth it, that he doesn't care enough. And even though these visits were temporary, I still allow it to get to me. To the point where my sh and si get out of control.

@Snowie  Was that the last supposed session with the SW? I hope so, that you won't be bothered with him any more. He's done more damage than good. In fact, I don't think he's done any good, has he? I hope you get a chance to give feedback to the organisation at the end.

I think we do whatever we can to survive and get through the day when the pain is so bad, dear @Snowie . I hope you won't beat yourself up.
