I can't be who I want to be anymore and I can't be that strong person to anyone anymore. I don't like who I have become and hate hate hate asking for help. It shows my weakness. I am not strong enough to resist anymore. Thank you to those people that have helped me on here, it has been alot more support than I have ever had in my real life.

@Former-Member It's so hard to ask for support when part of us feels like it's weak to. You reaching out is pushing through that hard part that tells you it's not ok to or it's a sign of weakness (which so many of us experience) and that's not at all weakness. That's recognising it's ok to not always be ok, and asking for understanding of that.
