Im so agitated and i cant stop shaking. I dont know whats wrong with me. I dont know what to do.

Been to seen her. She was very helpful. Go ba k to see her Thursday for another check up. @BambiFawn .

Got it @Former-Member. It wasnt self harm. It was trying to control how i was feeling. Feeling calm now thanks to the meds. Maybe to calm. Haha Thats what meds are for.
