I know I can't say anything at the moment soul,this won't pass,I feel done tonight.Had enough,tonight the emotional pain is high.

why dont you call the local mental health team and see about an assessment. they can give you more resources @Former-Member plus they have the power to admit you to hospital or you cna do that yourself. check into you local ed and youll get assessed that way as well. do what you know is right.

@soul baby steps. its really hard to adjust back to normal life. i never thought it would be but it is

Thanks guys for your care.
I've been through mental health outlander wouldn't put myself through that again,don't trust them and to go to hospital I'd have to go to 75 minutes away,due to privacy.
Been through help as stated ruined my life and humiliated myself,now I have sworn to never put myself through that again.Thats why I get distraught because my options are few and feel like I am done.Local Dr wanted me to check in with him but I come out embarrassed because I only get distraught and a waiting room of people see you like it.Plus now as stated,my mother fails to give me space,so going to deal with my life I realize is not possible.Im getting distressed,and think I need to go to bed which I've been in since 1 on and read a book which hasn't been working,but I'm in too dark of a place to chat thanks soul and outlander.Youve heard enough dribble tonight.Hope you sleep well.
