@eth i really dont know how im being patient either- probably because im use to it but its not what i want, more jsut force of habit now.
i have managed tog et my car driveable now. not fully fixed but enough for me to get to my appointments until i get my loan to get it fully fixed properly

Good news about your car @outlander Just make sure you keep plenty of water in the car to top up the radiator when you need to drive. Don't want it to overheat and cause worse problems.

yeah @eth it was partly worsening becasue my water pump completely broke as well which idnt help so now ive got the water pump fixed ill travel around with water everwhere i go and keep checking it when i stop. in 2 weeks ill be able to get another radiator so jsut gotta keep it running until then with how it is

As mentioned outlander,can't digest food when stressed or anxious ,the only other way was when my life started going down the toilet in 2012I had workplace bullying a day before my 40th birthday and left for a week or more couldn't hold my head off the bed if I got stressed,stress caused severe tiredness as well,had it a long time after a severe bout of months of insomnia.

i was jsut in the bathroom and over the past few days jsut thinking about life it has made me throw up- its like a projectile its disgusting @Former-Member its only got to be one little thought and it sends me running to the bathroom

Severe anxiety and overthinking things at times has made me feel very nauseous. Because of my narcisscistic ex partner, I was often put in nerve wrecking situations, leading me to vomit due to anxiety. I couldn't even keep my medication down.

its jsut strange for me to physically throw up. i get extremeley bad nausea but it never seems to come up.
i guess my body is telling me its hit is maximum stress tolerance before i throw up @Former-Member@Queenie
