Hey guys
Is it normal to kinda crash after a day like this?
I was feeling ok but now im a bundle of nerves. I cant stop shaking. And i have that nausea feeling again
Im getting annoying zappy type feeling in that area and runs up my arm now too 😯

Absolutely @outlander .... you really should be nothing but resting now Hon .... that's just my opinion of course, but I had one-a this suckers kut outa my arm with sutures afterwards and I know what it's like .....

Take time for you ..... treat you well ..... you need you ..... ❣️

I am resting... im just watching a movie and having a cup of tea. Last one for the night as i found out it has caffine in it @Faith-and-Hope
I just feel so... anxious

@outlander I remember the feeling the skin is traumatized and adjusting to being pulled and studied.
