Don't worry if you don't understand it @outlander it basically means that sometimes after a crisis time for healing is needed to enable strength to he restored before heavy duty therapy is tackled.

Plus im working 14 hr days and getting around 3 hrs sleep and adding in caring after 8 as well woule turn it to 16hr days 7 days a week

I dont sleep much. Still wotking on a routine that keeps getting upset.
I usually log off about 10 depending on how im feeling but 11 is the latest

Just now ive found 2 spots on my shoulder- awkawrd place to see-  where the sun is always exposed in summer and spring when i wear singlets and they look like melanomas.
