Some more pics from my self care ride a couple of days ago.

All day bike ride planned for later this week.

Within travel limits of course.

Trying somewhere completely different where we have not been before. Rural plains rather than into the hills. Really looking forward to it.

Bike ride went ahead today as planned. 

Always feel relaxed after.

This takes lock it or loose it to a new level lol.

Short self care ride this afternoon,

Had to head out to do a job for friends and took the bike. On the way back turned a ~20km trip into 60+km. Really was in no hurry to be home.

Had an idea over the weekend and am in the early stages of investigating a 2 to 3 night riding holiday with S2. Between now and the end of the year. 

He could really use some one on one time. S1 & S3 lean on him a lot. And unconsciously darling and I rely on his propping up of his brothers. 

So a motocycle photography adventure for the pair of us.

I could do with some days away also as carer fatigue is high at the moment. 

It will be dependant on how well darling is copeing at the time and her dads ability to support her.

Darling actually showed me an idea for our motocycle trip this afternoon. She seems excited about the opportunity for me to do something like this with S2.

Of course that will likley change as we get closer to the event with the thought of having S1&3 by herself.

Considering sendig S1 to my mum's for a sleep over while I am away. That would take a load off both of us.

My hubby loved riding motorcycles all his life up until a few years ago when his body (especially his shoulders) became very painful when he rode. It was his escape and his happy place. He misses it so much. It has been a challenge to find something else to replace it.
