@Jynx I'm just counting down till bedtime so I can hopefully sleep it off. Heart rate has spiked so that's probably the reason for feeling all funky.

@Jynx i had a hot cross bun, extremely nutritious 😂. Didn't solve much but at least i have food in me now.
