Too right @Bunniekins I've never had back pain that lasted 2 weeks and that I couldn't fix myself with stretches, mobility and self-massage.

Hello @eth
I don't think it has sound it's a gif {Graphics Interchange Format} Let the sound be whatever your mind hears, mine hear the little bird that was singing outside my window. I also don't know what kind of bird it is . . . a picture of fragile beauty 🙂
My days looking lovely, there's a definite grey settled on the bottom of the clouds, but still plenty of deep sky blue betwixt those clouds. It's not hot, it's not cold . . . it's just right. There's the gentlest breeze touching the leaves on the trees, making everything move just a little. And there's plenty of peace & quiet 🙂 My body's feeling a little old, but I expected that after putting through a big days paces 🙂 My mind's feeling numb with a bit of a tingle, another expected reaction. I think I'm going to have a nothing day?
Sending the 2nd time Grandma to be, peace & positivity

Oh @eth
lovely memories of your horse...feet like a clydesdale..he sounds beautiful...one of the neighbours of the property we just sold had a couple of clydesdale horses....he trained his own and other horses...not sure whether or not the clydesdales were his or if he was agisting them...the properties all within the area were zoned agistment...hence we had many horses as neighbours...I do miss them along with the cows next door...
fortunately there are a lot of trees around our house and a couple in front and back garden...we are hearing a lot of different bird sounds....not as interesting as the birds we used to get though..
What is a Shebah ride...sounds like a horse and carriage ride...?
Hoping that the physiotherapy starts to work soon for you...
my back is improving...first time doing gardening in nearly a year...is still only 6 months since operation...so am doing well...
take care

thinking of you at this time of unrest...
a step forward in finally having the surgery even though the words do not sound comforting in themselves...
you are a very special lady and I am more than certain that your friends in this situation realise this and are feeling forever grateful...
also good to read that you are being mindful of yourself too...so easy to overlook ...
take care all of you
