Sounds like you have good self-care strategies @Sophia1
Hi @Appleblossom I'm trying to "branch-out" & be less rigid...
Hi @Former-Member Always glad to hear from you.
Yes you do have a lot on your plate - yet you still manage to be kind, supportive & caring on here.
So does Sophia & Appleblossom.
Hi @Former-Member I hope dinner went well.
I have a lot of trouble sleeping, without taking something (mostly herbal).

Natural herbs etc don’t work for me.
I hope they help you. 😴 night night.
Night night all. 💜😴

@Former-Member It can be hard to judge whether or not to take prn, but with big health scares, you have to be gentle with yourself.
@Sophia1 How did your new group go?
@Adge The are areas where I am more rigid and need loosening up. Feeling more confident improvising sice I did a course early July.
Hope you are all as GOOD as POSSIBLE.

Good morning
@Former-Member
The grief incurred when the health of our child is out of our hands can feel insurmountable
my heart goes out to you....
letting you know that I care about you both...
write about whatever you want...whenever you want to...nobody here expects you to feel that you must be supporting us...unless that is of help to you...
please take care

Thanks @Adge
what a lovely response..much appreciated...
could not have come at a better time actually
yesterday was my birthday...I had pleasant birthday wishes from unexpected sources...a message then phone call from a friend have not spoken to in a while..also spoke to sister...we all hope to go out for lunch on sunday...my wish...if the day allows me too...day at a time..
a message from a lady I met in one time group outing for carers that I went to....she wants to meet up still...which is lovely...I have not burdened her with my rehabilitation stuff...I haven't anyone actually. ...I hold everything tight to myself..a strategy I learnt from a young girl...
how is your virus now? there seems to be a bit going around...my sister and her partner are unwell...apparently my mum has a cold too ..as told by my sister...
I think that you work very hard at involving yourself in branching out....group...activities...
sun out again for the moment...
take care
