The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I had a whole post  written up and my damn phone died!

Im really glad your getting along with this psychologist  @Sans911 about time you  got someone nice and works with you.

Im sorry your support worker is leaving and has been replaces with someone uncomfortable- do you think  youll be able to warm up to the new one or are allowed to request another one?

I know is overwhlming and brains and emotions dont like to co-operate at all but im/we are here for you to help you through. Just keep reaching out to us ok. Is there something that might help tonight? I dont  mind helping you work through something if you  need..

Yes it has taken a beating. It is healing slowly and ill be trying my best to not have any more mishaps like the other day.  I didnt realise how weak it had gotten. She said ive got  like carpal tunnel syndrome happening bur shes  hoping itll go once time goes on. At least the psych/reception  (im not sure which  one) did email me to apologise and let me know. Things happen and usually unexpected. One more day isn't  going to hurt.

Ok @Snowie

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Thank you my sisters @outlander

@Snowie

@outlander

You seem to be in a bit of a better space today. Is that right? You're accepting things really well and calmly.

So it's only me going off my head tonight? SI/SH are really going overtime today. Telling me it's been a while. Telling me I'm such a reject & I'll never find anyone to accept me, friend or other. So many negative thoughts. I'm getting scared that the louder and stronger they get the less control or hold I can get of them. I'm afraid of what I might do and soon.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

The more I fight everything the worse it gets so its all just sitting. Its not great but manageable for the moment. Id rather help tonight, it helps me too @Sans911

I dont plan on going anywhere so if you need someone just tag me anytime ok.
I know how overwhelming and dreadful those thoughts are sis, you dont have to do it alone though. We are right here.

How can we help you reduce some thoughts and ease your distress? What is on your safety plan? (Im not sure if you have one..)
I know it is bloody hard bur youve gotten through this many times. Your stronger than you think you are ❤

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

@Sans911 my sh/si has been high the last few days and even without you and @outlander knowing you have helped because I know you are there.

Yes they get loud and strong, that is when we can be lifted up and carried by others. Dont look back sweetheart, look to your side because that is where we are. Right next to you. 💜💜💜💜

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

I have a guest here at the moment who is staying for a little over a week, so I know I won't do anything until after that. I have a safety plan via an app on my phone which is pretty good.

I can talk to my pysch next week too, but I did tell her today it was elevated. We didn't really discuss it much further. I can also ring her even during the week. Haven't done so yet.

I know I have survived many times over. Why and how I don't know. I know too though each time I change methods which are dangerous. Sometimes it feels like Russian roulette.
