I don't have an ipad @Faith-and-Hope
But I do have a tablet. I very rarely use it now as I bought it for when I was working on the cruise ships. I otherwise use my phone for everything else. Jasper loves watching Netflix or DVDs, usually looking at it upside down.. I watched something the other week with a dog in it, and every time the dog disappeared off the screen, Jasper would peer around looking for it.
Mr A doesn't have the slightest interest at all in watching anything. He's far too intelligent to waste time with frivolous things.
Yes, I saw the issue with your daughter last night. Perhaps sleep has tempered her.
I hope everything goes okay for you today

Thanks @Sans911 .....
I have a special-needs daughter (I think you know) who I can’t take into classes with me, and my mr. has opened a work project interstate that he intemds to fly back and forth to. It may leave me “holding the baby” sometimes, if the other two have classes on at the same time .... trying to pre-empt and find solutions ahead of
that happening. Have a meeting today exactly like that, with the other two unavailable, but hoping mr. will take D2 to his coffee place with him. That would let me off the hook today, but not when he is away.

I had a very difficult week @Sans911 - it is still going but I see my pdoc today so I can discuss some things I can't talk about on here with her. I don't think DBT is making much difference yet but I can see that it may in the future - I need to be a bit more stable to be able to use the skills and (as my pdoc says) I may not take it all in until the second time around I do it - as you would know - it is a lot to take in in each session and that is why they recommend you do each module twice.
I see you are having a tough time atm too - I hope today has moments of light in it - hugs @Sans911

Here if you need @Sans911 - but I can understand this may be a 'stay in the background' time for you for now too... either way sending you hugs

I've been at a mh course all day @Zoe7
But I didn't enjoy much of it at all really, was doing it for voluntary work I do. If it wasn't for the lead person of the organisation being there I would have left early. She noticed I wasn't ok, and came up to me to go outside for a chat.
I also slept only a few hours of a very unsettled night. I've got triggers happening everywhere atm, anniversary of events are coming up soon, my emotions are all over the place, and just feeling really down. I'm hoping my night meds work soon. Was tempted to add extra prn meds, but I'm seeing my GP in the morning, then my Auntie after that. So both are expecting me, and would call if I didn't show. And you can probably work the rest out.
