A day out...

Re: A day out...

Ha ha @outlander  You'd be a worthy recipient.  😄

Yes 1/2 hour should be enough for just the back and neck.  It's good to have the neck done as part of a back massage.  The shoulder muscles overlap with some of the neck muscles.  Plus it's super relaxing.

Re: A day out...

haha thanks @eth what do you want done first Smiley Wink

yeah thats what i meant- back neck and shoulders-

Re: A day out...

Depends if you're talking about something I'd like or something I need @outlander 🙂

A trail ride on a gentle horse would be lovely.  Or cleaning all the glass on my cabin - 6 floor to ceiling panels I just can't keep on top of!!!  AS IF you need more work in your life!!!!!!!!

How are you going tonight?

any ideas?

Re: A day out...

Hi @outlander - I have seen a lot of the word *massage* bring mentioned. I generally go for normal massage but I like it hard pressure. Have lots knots. Generally I go for reflexology which is for the feet. Sooo good. Did you know that your feet is linked to your body, a good reflexology person can tell by touching certain points in your feet that you have. Really stiff shoulder etc. you want a good reflexologist or eexperienced as wrong pressure point could be dangerous. I definitely need a foot massage now I think

Re: A day out...

Nope i didn't know that @Anony18
I windered what the reflexology was for.
I have lots a knots too but i was something relaxing this time not painful
