Sometime dehydration can cause massive miood swings or drops, and coffee can cause dehydration ..... can you take a few sips of water here and there ? Maybe nibble on some nuts or crackers ? My favourites are called Sesame Wheats. They're really tasty, and their ingredients are sorta like a meal.

Hi @Bubbles3, is it a cool day where you live? I am just asking as it looks like Gizmo is all fluffed up to keep out the cold. I think it's clever how birds do that!

yeah it is cold here. around 20 degrees i think. i cant wait until it warms a bit.
