Hi @Bubbles3 i hope your doing ok today. Im trying to control my panic attacks today as i have surgury tomorrow
That sounds nice @Hope4me i wish i got on with family or have a life form friend but i love my forum family and thatll do for me my plans are to just try and breathe through the day as i had a panic attack earlier and can feel another one so just trying to keep a level head

@outlander, i had no idea you were battling a 'cancer' scare. Another surgery tomorrow would cause the best of us a degree of panic. Lots of self care, deep breaths, favourite things... I also hope they "get all the cancer this time around" 😧 How frightening this must be for you 💜 Praying all goes well 💜💕
