You can make a one-off or regular monthly donation and you will receive an automatic receipt.

Hi @Bubbles3 i am glad you got a good nights sleep.
I am ok thanks, have an app. with a psychiatrist this afternoon but just relaxing this morning. It is warm today here, meant to be 30 degress so am just sitting outside enjoying the sunshine

I am stilll wondering how it got to be
I have an idea why you seem to go downhill in the afternoons
About 2.00 pm it's natural for everyone to feel like this - it has something to so with our bioligical clock
It must feel distastrous to find the same thing happening at the same time everyday but having a natural reason makes a lot of difference
Eg - everyone has it - you are not alone
So what can we do about it? - well - I have a lot of annoyance about the sleep police and the food police and whoever tries to run parts of our llives - but still - it's good time to rest if that's possible and to have something like a salad and fruit to eat but then
I know you have young children around who eat you out of house and home and if they are at home having a rest yourself can be really hard -
So those are only suggestions - something you might aim for maybe once or twice a week - but hey - we all have that happen to us after lunch - and it's like Wednesday - they just keep happening
All the best though - it's so hard to plan for time for ourselves when we have kids - I know
