@greenpeathese are for you to help warm you up
and yes it is rather frustrating however the specialist is encouraging me to try to do some things with it like trying to hold small things like the padlock or the hose when filling the buckets just to try to get my hand moving abit more as well but without thnking about it to much

Once having lost the use of your hands, @outlander you will be so glad to get it back.
Oh @Adge thats no good you are feeling similar agitation to dear @Former-Member. Its one of the hardest tfeelings to get through.
I have been a bit worried about your @Former-Member with it. When I get really bad, playing the piano is about the only thing that calms me down and being quiet at home. No driving.
Does any thing help either of you @Former-Member & @Adge ?
I am not too bad today. cat sat beside me. Kids in other end of house doing music, and me at my end. A few loads of washing etc. Finished singing through the Beethoven and might start on my old timer collections and play through them.

Don't worry, I'm saving some peas til later @greenpea
You know how many people don't like (as adults) what they were fed lots of (as children)...
Well that was Brussels Sprouts (& sometimes peas) for me...
Finchy birdie has lost his colourful feathers - I'm drab brown or colourless, at the moment.

@outlander Can't wait to see what you have got for me. @Exoplanet found a really nice jumper/hoodie online and I have bought it! Just right for the pea! I am sick of being a cold pea.

@Adge Yes I have to force myself to eat brussels sprouts I like peas 🙂 cannot eat them now though not after gp .... sorry to hear that you aren't doing well. Is it still that chest infection? Is it still hanging around? Or is it something else? You don't have to say if you don't want to of course.

I agree @Appleblossom Driving whilst feeling agitated is not a good idea.
I find that doing a breathing meditation (eyes closed), helps to calm & centre me.
I do a few of those each day - sometimes it only takes the edge off the agitation, other times it makes a huge difference (a new me). Either way, it's always worth the effort.

Yes, we don't want you to be a cold pea @greenpea
I'm certainly a cold Finch these past few days, semi numb toes & cold fingers.
Infection gone I think - but massive sinus (allergy) issues on-going, every day.
The joints in my hands have been aching, & I've had much worse back pain in recent weeks.
Winter used to be increased energy & problem-free (for me). Not any more...
Summer heat just wipes me out (totally). So not much left in-between then, is there?

@Adge Yes I know the feeling ... that is when you know you are getting old lol. Sorry to hear about your arthritis that is no good and sinus is dreadful are you taking anything for them?

@Adge At least you are able to manage it a bit.
I used to meditate sitting or upright, but mainly now I lie down curled up and meditate most days. My neck and back were really a problem and it was not until I gave myself to lay my head on a pillow in the day that I started to get better.
I dont go along with brown being drab.lol I love the patterns of subtle colour in many finches and birds generally. I have an old coat (10 year old but bought in op shop) that got great comments this week! Just by putting different browns together ... autumnal ...
