Yes, taking antihistamines & cortisone nasal spray (yuk, that makes me feel sick).

@Adge Yes well I cannot believe that my ex is now 59 the big 60 next year! Well might I laugh but that means I will be turning 55 next year 😮 I will have to start being sensible .... I love being older and invisible it is great because I can do as I please as a female because men just don't notice you and you don't want to be noticed (talking for myself here anyway). I don't know what it is like being a male but speaking for me aging is great 😄

Am glad that the medicines are helping a bit. 🙂

Even though I keep on being told (eg by psychologist) that I should be able to, or should make myself do it.

It doesn't work for me, I don't relax - I have to lie down, cut out as much noise as I can, & cover my eyes.

Only then can I relax & concentrate enough, to make a difference.

I have been managing my chronic back pain (from scoliosis) for over 20 years, it costs me much sleep.

Brown is groovy & cool I'm sure....

I'm glad you had nice compliments about what you wore.

I wore only brown, navy blue & black for so many decades - that I now much prefer brighter colours.

Apparently I'm the only man that my co-workers have seen, who wears bright orange pants (I have 3 pairs)...

I'm turning 50 in March next year @greenpea So you're just 5 years ahead of me...

I've been overlooked & invisible to many people for most of my life.

So I would rather be noticed, only for good reasons of course....

I've always been very over-responsible, over-sensible, & highly restrained.

So it's time for a rebellious phase, even though I don't have a rebellious bone in my body....
