Can someone help me

Re: Can someone help me

I'm here @Pepsimax

Re: Can someone help me

@Zoe7 I had a great time this afternoon with the family now down

Re: Can someone help me

@Zoe7 why does this happen to me

Re: Can someone help me

I think that is a natural reaction @Pepsimax.

I often find that the after the adrenalin and excitement wear off after something that I have enjoyed (not often these days) I am left feeling both tired and flat. It is ok to feel a bit that way - it's just when you let your thoughts overtake you that it starts the downward spiral. What can you do right now that can help stop the slide - just talking here is ok if that is all you can think of xx

Re: Can someone help me

What`s up @Pepsimax xx

Re: Can someone help me

Very true @Zoe7 xx

Yes @Pepsimax, my hubby goes through that too

what things do you enjoy doing ?? my hubby likes looking a youtubes on the internet

or sometimes he will put on the music he likes

Re: Can someone help me

@Pepsimax Just read that you got some fine tipfelt pens as a present - what are you going to use them for - drawing?

Re: Can someone help me

@Zoe7 @Shaz51 I could try my new pens thanks for helping me I don't think things through some sometimes

Re: Can someone help me

@Pepsimax

That sounds like a great idea - it is sometimes really hard to think straight when our mind is all over the place - we just need a little push in the right direction to regain some focus. Hope the drawing helps - here if you need Heart

Re: Can someone help me

@Zoe7 @Shaz51 too much energy to go to bed pens are terrific
