I think that is a natural reaction @Pepsimax.
I often find that the after the adrenalin and excitement wear off after something that I have enjoyed (not often these days) I am left feeling both tired and flat. It is ok to feel a bit that way - it's just when you let your thoughts overtake you that it starts the downward spiral. What can you do right now that can help stop the slide - just talking here is ok if that is all you can think of xx

That sounds like a great idea - it is sometimes really hard to think straight when our mind is all over the place - we just need a little push in the right direction to regain some focus. Hope the drawing helps - here if you need
