I'm having my coffee listening to and watching the day start and I can smell a pretty amazing spring scent. Last year, in our first year here, I remember sitting here in the same spot smelling it and not being able to work out what it was for ages. Finally I found what is quite an incredible plant in our garden.

Matthiola (stock plant). The scent from just a few of these is so strong! Ours are similar to the pink/purple ones at the front of this picture. I picked a really little piece and put it in my room and now my room and the hallway smells of it. Very cool 🙂

thats ok, my days been rather boring. ive been watching my youngest sister who had a stomach bug or something but is better now @Teej crochetting and tv other than that not alot. what about you?

I urge please stop whatever it is that you are taking. I'm pretty sure I know what it is, and you are building a tolerance. You have no idea what these might do in the long term to your body. I'm not here to preach. It comes from a place of love and caring about you. Please try to be kind to yourself.
