hey guys
so i went to my gp appointment. she said she doesnt want to send me to hospital at this point. she also said that im through the worst of it now (she thinks)
Sans she basically said the same thing about lung function. the more anxiety i have the worse the physical side of things will set off and becasue my lungs arent working at full capacity it will affect my breathing alot more.
i also spoke to her about the pain ive been in which is a major trigger for me.
her plans are :
put my on another round on antibiotics and another tablet thing
keep calm but she cant give me anything for it
for pain- stay on full dose until infection is gone so the pain will stay away at least to the best it can be
she has also given me puffers again and has reccomended that i go on a nebuliser once a day esp when the panic sets in.
umm think thats all of it that i can think of....
