Quiet day here today, still trying to get over this cold.
Start an eight week DBT course tomorrow. Hoping not a lot of people. Just going is going to be hard but I know I need to do this for myself.

Will be with you all the way @Snowie - I am sure the first time is going to be a bit daunting - took me 10 weeks to say anything lol - but the benefits you will get from it will be huge - it isn't easy to go through but you have me here ...and @Sans911 ...to help you with anything you are not dealing with so well - goodluck Hon - I'll keep the seat on Neptune warm for you along the way

Thanks @Zoe7. Tomorrow will be a big listening day I suspect. Is a long day as it is over an hours drive in peak hour one way so will be an early night tonight I think.
How is Toby going? How are you going?

Toby is good today - no more vomitting so hopefully he was just feeling a little under the weather - he was still playing normally and giving me cuddles but I was a little worried about him.
I am doing ok today @Snowie I went to the shop early this morning and got what I didn't yesterday - spent the rest of the day as a jammies day on the couch....watched a little tv, rested when I needed to, cleaned out my car and now snuggled up with Toby again on the couch. Tomorrow I plan to do the housework I couldn't be bothered doing today lol
I suspect you are right that tomorrow will be a listening day but I know it is something that you have wanted to do for sometime so I hope it goes well for you.

@Zoe7I am glad Toby is better and no more vomiting.
Sounds like we both had the same sort of day!!
Housework can wait. It is hard to be motivated to do it!
Hopefully tomorrow goes ok and the group isn't too big

Our group has 8 participants @Snowie It is a good number - not too big but not too small so I have to say too much lol I am getting better at talking and have even jumped in a couple of times recently when I didn't think something that was said was called for - yesterday I even asked the facilitator to stop a conversation that was getting completely off topic and she did - so that is something
You will most likely find it overwhelming to begin with but I have full confidence that you will find your feet quickly - if you are a portion of what you are like on here with your great advice and compassion then you will be great in the group Hon
