@Snowie i have been avoiding the dentist for a very long time but i think its a must now and its going to cost a fortune but payment plans are avaliable.
yep i did they fell right down into the lounge. we had a visitor who is know to steal and sent me right into the deep end.
i can imagine dbt would be rather draining, some extra sleep tonight would be good. and a restful one would be even better hey.

work tomorrow, and staying at mums house overnight, and sunday is a bbq thing with family but am hoping to just make an appearance. clients are stressing me out the past few days with payments so is putting abit of extra strain on things.
i may get abit of painting done though if i can get work done early enough i can spend a while doing some paintings
